In a frying pan brown your choice of sausage, yellow onions and bell peppers with butter. Turn temp to low and add a 2 to 3 beaten eggs with Ted & Barney's and/or Dr. Bacon's seasoning(s) to taste, cover and cook slow until eggs start to thicken and harden without burning. Sprinkle with cheese, green onion, and drizzle lightly with Oaksteak Spicy BBQ Sauce again. Turn off the stove, cover until cheese is melted, then enjoy!
*Easy, healthy and light, this is one of my favorites! Toast some bread, spread on some cream cheese, sprinkle with capers, add a generous helping of fresh salmon lox, then sliced tomato. Top with Ted & Barney's seasoning to taste
In a frying pan, brown chorizo with oil stirring occasionally, push chorizo to the side, add beaten eggs and stir until eggs begin to clump. Mix eggs together with the chorizo and add cheese, season with Ted & Barney’s and/or Dr. Bacon's seasonings to taste. In a separate pan heat tortilla on each side until it begins to brown, place on plate, spread Oaksteak Garlic Aioli on tortilla. Put chorizo, egg, and cheese mixture in burrito and wrap up! For extra deliciousness add black beans, diced tomatoes, and cilantro.
Heat a frying pan to medium/high heat. Rub your thick cut bacon with a generous helping of Dr. Bacon's Seasoning, cook until done. Place bacon on a paper towel. Turn heat to medium and fry the egg(s) in the remaining, now seasoned, bacon grease. When done, place fried egg(s) and bacon on a plate, season eggs with Ted & Barney's Seasoning to taste and enjoy!
I start this with some left over pulled pork (recipe in the lunch & dinner section). Fill a small sauce pan 3/4 full with water and about 2 tbls distilled vinegar and bring to a simmer, cover and reduce heat to hold that temp, this will be for poaching the egg. Grab a pack of pre-formed chipotle black bean patties (available at most mainstream grocery stores). Heat up a second sauce pan with a little olive oil, crumble the black bean patty and heat until hot, remove from pan and place on a plate to the side. Add pulled pork to the pan and heat until hot. Mix back in crumbled chipotle black bean patty with the pulled pork and add a little Oaksteak (Spicy) BBQ Sauce. Cover and reduce heat to low.
Crack your egg into the hot water and vinegar, cover and let sit for 2-4 minutes until the egg is poached to a hardness of your liking. When done, put the pulled pork and chipotle black bean mixture on a plate, and place the poached egg on top. Sprinkle with Ted & Barney's and/or Dr. Bacon's seasoning(s) to taste.
Another easy classic that I love only a ciabatta bun. Bring a sauce pan up to medium/high heat, add a little butter or olive oil and add sausage. Cook until done, remove from pan, add eggs to fry until done, then cover and turn off heat. Toast a fresh ciabatta, butter it and sprinkle with some garlic salt. Place fried egg(s) on top of the ciabatta, sausages on the side, season egg(s) with Ted & Barney's Seasoning to taste and enjoy!
